Perhaps you have seen Folks in a sauna in your local town and thought they were crazy for wearing hats in the extreme heat?! It seems counter intuitive?? .. wouldn't the hat would make your head even hotter?? In fact the hat protects the head and hair from the direct heat in the air and allows you to enjoy your sauna session. You'll have to experience it yourself if you don't believe me.
